LoopStone Studio – Privacy Policy
What LoopStone Studio is
LoopStone Studio is an internal command-line tool used by LoopStone to publish its own videos to its own YouTube channel (LoopStoneAI). It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts, and runs only on computers operated by LoopStone.
Use of YouTube API Services
LoopStone Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, set thumbnails, add videos to playlists and schedule publication on the LoopStoneAI channel. By using the tool, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Data the tool accesses
The tool accesses only the YouTube channel that its operator explicitly authorizes through Google sign-in: the channel's identity (id, title, handle) to verify that uploads go to the intended channel, and the videos, thumbnails and playlist entries that the tool itself creates. It does not read comments, subscribers, analytics, other users' data or any other channel.
Data the tool stores
On the operator's own computer only: the OAuth token granted by Google (stored in a local file, never committed to source control) and a record of the videos it uploaded (video ids, URLs, titles, scheduled times). No data is stored on any server operated by LoopStone or by third parties, and nothing is shared, sold or transferred to anyone. Authorized data is used exclusively to publish the operator's own videos and is never combined with data from other sources.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local token file has the same effect on the tool's side.
